| Free shipping on any orders over $75.00 is by UPS ground to any business address in the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in this offer because standard UPS ground shipping is not available in all areas. Residential addresses qualify for reduced shipping of products with only a small surcharge to cover the higher shipping rates charged for shipping to residential locations. |

| Free Engraving Details |
| We offer free laser engraving on all orders as long as the text is sent to us in electronic form. You can send us a text file, word processing document, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, spreadsheets, etc. These documents can be e-mailed to us as an attachment. You may also enter your engraving into our order system when you are ordering your product. |

| Free Logos |
| There are no set up or engraving charges for logos as long
as you provide us with an acceptable computer file. If the artwork is provided
in 600 DPI or greater Black and White 1-Bit Line Art in a Tiff Bitmap, or in a
Vector Based Art Format such as .WMF, .EPS, .PDF, .CDR, .AI then we will make
minor modifications to the artwork to prepare it for engraving at no charge to
you. |
| If we can re-design or touch up artwork supplied in a
non-acceptable file format at a nominal charge. We will contact you to let you
know the artwork will need to be re-worked and the cost BEFORE you are charged
this fee, giving you the opportunity to have the artwork removed from the
award, or to have your graphic design team re-work the artwork instead of our
graphic designers. |
